A robust surface fixing break glass bolt which maintains the bolt in the shut position until a ceramic tube is broken. A padlock (not supplied, use ESPO code 48178) prevents unauthorised removal, other than by breaking.

To reset, a replacement tube is fitted and padlocked into position
